首届“普罗奖”颁奖盛典暨学术论坛
The First “Pro+ Award” Ceremony and Academic Forum
12月19日，首届“普罗奖”（Pro+ Award）颁奖盛典暨学术论坛在上海静安洲际酒店隆重召开。本次盛会由上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会与美国建筑师学会(AIA)上海、英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）倾力合作，全球知名建筑师、设计师、施工团队等城市开发者齐聚一堂，共同探讨当下城市建设需求，并以前瞻性眼光看待行业未来发展，探索建筑、地产为人民谋幸福、让生活更美好的实践路径。
On December 19, the First 'Pro+ Award' Ceremony and Academic Forum was grandly held at InterContinental Shanghai Jing'an Hotel. This grand event is a collaboration between the Real Estate Architects Branch of the Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC), the American Institute of Architects Shanghai branch (AIA Shanghai) and the Royal Institute of British Architects China Branch (RIBA China). World-reknowned architects, designers, construction teams and urban developers gathered together to discuss the current urban construction needs. Participants looked at the future development of the industry with a forward-looking perspective, and explored practical paths for construction and real estate to seek happiness for the people and make life better.
出席本次活动的嘉宾包括中国工程院院士魏敦山；全国工程勘察设计大师汪孝安；中国建筑学会副理事长、上海市建筑学会理事长、《建筑实践》主编曹嘉明；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会会长戎武杰；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会副会长王宏伟；上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会副会长杨凡；美国建筑师学会(AIA)上海会长休·威特谟；英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）中国发展首席吕慢；著名艺术家兼艺评家林明杰，以及地产、建筑领域的专家杰俊。

改革开放四十余年来，中国的城市、人口和产业结构持续变化，这种变化也对地产行业产生了潜移默化的影响。当下，人本价值正在成为推动城市发展的核心取向，以及改进城市服务和管理的重要标尺。而地产行业积极响应时代进步，追求发展与人本、建设与内涵并重。如今，地产建筑师、开发商、施工方正逐渐向城市及产业服务运营者靠近，他们的关注点逐渐从单纯的住宅开发，拓展到服务、运营、文化激活、数字技术、产城融合、区域一体化等复合层面。在一座座富有生机与活力的城市中，他们逐渐成为城市GDP的创造者、公众生活的缔造者、社会发展的贡献者。
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's cities, population, and industrial structure have continued to change, which brought a subtle impact on the real estate industry. At present, "people-orientation" has gradually become the core value that leads urban development, and it has also become an important benchmark for improving urban services and urban management. The real estate industry responded positively, pursuing the balance between development and humanism, and equal emphasis on construction and content. Today, real estate architects, developers, and construction companies are gradually approaching cities and industrial service operators. Their focus has expanded from simple residential development to a series of composite levels, including services, operations, cultural activation, digital technology, industry-city integration, and regional integration. In cities full of vitality, these industry practitioners have gradually become creators of urban GDP, establishers of public life, and contributors to social development.
本届“普罗奖”也在行业内引起了巨大反响与广泛关注。一方面，这一奖项由国内外权威学术机构，上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会、美国建筑师学会(AIA)上海、英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）合力举办，具备权威性、全球性；另一方面，“普罗奖”海纳百川，广泛吸纳全球优质项目，既关注建筑创作，又看重文化传承、环境融合，体现出的包容性、文化性。
The "Pro+ Award" of this year has also aroused positive echoes and widespread interest across the industry. On the one hand, this award is jointly organized by three domestic and foreign authoritative academic institutions, namely ASSC, AIA and RIBA, making it a authoritative and global award; on the other hand, the "Pro+ Award" embraces global talents and high-quality projects, focusing not only on architectural creation, but also on cultural heritage and environmental integration, emporwing the award with inclusiveness and culturalism.
上海市建筑学会副理事长，同济大学建筑与规划学院博导、教授李振宇与日本新生代最有才华的建筑师之一藤本壮介也为颁奖典礼送来贺词。李振宇强调，在疫情影响下，无论是建筑师还是开发商都是“乙方”，都要积极探索如何为公众创造宜居、健康的理想空间，如何打造美好的城市环境，这就使得通过“普罗奖”树立行业标杆十分必要。“我们期待这一奖项能为地产行业带来欣喜、振奋和热情。”而日本建筑师藤本壮介提出，“普罗奖”这样具有国际化视野的奖项与活动对于行业的发展具有重要意义，建筑师迫切需要彼此分享、互相启发，共同开创未来。
Professor Li Zhenyu, vice chairman of ASSC, Doctoral Supervisor of School of Architecture and Planning of Tongji University, and Sou Fujimoto, one of the most talented architects of the new generation in Japan, also sent congratulations to the award ceremony. Li Zhenyu emphasized that under the influence of COVID-19, both architects and developers are "Party B" and must actively explore the ways to create a livable and healthy ideal space for the public. This makes it very necessary to establish industry benchmarks through the "Pro+ Award". "We look forward to this award can bring joy, excitement and enthusiasm to the real estate industry." Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto pointed out that awards and activities with an international perspective, such as the "Pro+ Award", are of great significance to the development of the industry, whereas architects urgently need to share and inspire each other to create the future together.
思考并不断探索城市开发的新路径是每一位地产建筑师的本心。在2020年这样一个特殊的年份里，打造布局合理、设施齐全、服务完善的智能化、人性化空间逐渐成为了时代要求。伴随着疫情缓解及经济重启，城市开发建设中公共产品的价值取向也有所改变，上海市建筑学会地产建筑师分会会长、绿地控股集团总建筑师戎武杰认为，地建师必须面对时代、面对社会、面对公众作出自己的价值判断和行动回应。地产建筑师分会希望通过此次活动，展现卓越城市建设者、开发者的专业作为。
